What's the Same?
Your basic cocoa (cacao) bean will have different attributes depending on what varietal it is, where and how it was grown and where and how it was processed.
The bean needs to be roasted - and the methods of home roasting are pretty similar to green coffee beans - but at a lower temperature. The Behmor is highly recommended.
